(one customers idea of the book)
Are you kidding me? $12.00 This eBook I just bought from you is 8 pages long plus the title and into. This is a joke. This book is the stupidest thing I have ever read (in 2 minutes). Absolutely a waste. I want a full refund. If I had known it was 8 pages I would have never bought it. Refund my money or I will dispute it in PayPaland get my money back. Crappy book. Full of spelling errors. You don't even have Marquise spelled right!!! JUNK! Remove this book from the e-junkie market!
The ONLY way you can save money with this book (despite the title: seven_easy_steps_to_buy_your_diamonds_and_save_tons_of_money) is this advice: MOST RETAIL JEWELERS WILL GIVE YOU A 5-15% DISCOUNT IF YOU ASK FOR IT.
lol What? That's crappy advice. This doesn't save me TONS of money. It could save me 5-15% ONLY if the Jeweler wants to give me that... Something I have to ask for. That's BS! Crappy advice. I don't care how many people have bought your book and not wanted a refund on it. It's full of mistakes, copyright images and misspellings. Stupid advice: TELL THE JEWELER WHAT CLARITY YOU WANT! You're an idiot! Just refund my money.

Needless to say I disagree with him but it is his opinion. As I told Richard if he had read the book he would have known what it was all about and know that clarity and color is very important and with the right clarity you can save a ton of money.
Here is the final reply. We all get a bit goofy at times and I hope we are at least understanding each other now.
Hi Gregg. my email address is XXX
I appreciate that. I did jump the gun and I do feel bad for that. It was uncool of me. I was just shocked that it was so small and my first reaction was to rant. Sorry again. Thanks for fixing the issue. You've made me feel a little bit better thisValentine's Day. :)
